1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777za ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://777za.bet and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use 777za in any manner. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

777za reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 777za, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an existing 777za account. Only one account per person, household, IP address, or device is permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently closed on 777za for violations of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address.

777za reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to our satisfaction, without prior notice and without liability.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777za account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified 777za of unauthorised access without delay.
• You must notify 777za immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accounts must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of balances.
• You must keep your registered contact details accurate and up to date. 777za is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated account information.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months — may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity administration fee of PKR 500 per month, deducted from any remaining balance.

777za uses SSL/TLS encryption and additional security layers to protect your account data. However, you are equally responsible for ensuring that the devices and network connections you use to access 777za are reasonably secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

777za supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Allied Bank, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or USDT where applicable.

• Deposits: All deposits are processed instantly. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There are no platform-side fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. Unverified accounts may experience delays pending KYC completion. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
• KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. 777za reserves the right to request additional documentation.
• Payment Ownership: You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and winnings are maintained in PKR unless you use the USDT TRC20 channel, in which case the applicable conversion rate at time of transaction applies.

777za reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of fraud checks, AML review, or KYC verification. Such holds will be communicated to the player promptly and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

777za offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket-season specials. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Promotions page.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. 777za determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, or device.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• 777za reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if fraudulent or abusive behaviour is identified, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using software to exploit bonus conditions, or coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering unless the active promotion specifies otherwise.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 777za — whether on sports markets including cricket and PSL, live casino tables, slot games, or any other game type — are governed by these Terms and by the specific game rules displayed within each product area.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed. You are responsible for verifying all bet details before confirming.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error on any market or game, 777za reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount at its discretion.
• 777za uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software for all casino and slot titles. The outcome of all games is governed solely by the RNG system and is not influenced by 777za staff or any third party.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.
• In-play cricket and sports betting markets may be suspended at any time due to changing match conditions, scorecard updates, or data feed interruptions. Bets placed before suspension remain valid unless voided under the technical error clause above.

Game results generated by certified RNG systems are final and binding. Disputes regarding RNG outcomes will be reviewed against server-side logs, which constitute the authoritative record of all game results on 777za.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 777za and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances without refund:

• Registering more than one account on the platform by any means, including using different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or sports betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or coordinate bets to exploit bonus conditions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using 777za for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or interfere with the 777za platform, its APIs, its data feeds, or its security infrastructure.
• Abusing the 777za customer support team including via threatening, harassing, or discriminatory communications.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 777za account.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR limits on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.

9 Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777za platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any 777za content without prior written authorisation.
• Game titles and game assets displayed on 777za remain the property of their respective game providers and are licensed to 777za for display on the platform.

10 Privacy & Data

777za collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and understood the 777za Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• 777za will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory bodies, and fraud prevention services as required by law or by our operational requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777za and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or wagered funds resulting from technical faults, outages, or connectivity issues beyond 777za's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, or Allied Bank.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or market data displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.

777za's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments & Termination

777za reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent banner on the platform before the revised Terms take effect.

777za may suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage of your relationship with 777za.
• 777za is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or the order of a competent authority.
• Your account activity raises concerns of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• You request voluntary closure of your account in writing.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus balances and any amounts subject to investigation will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations under which 777za is licensed. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.

These Terms do not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to Pakistani players under local law where such rights cannot be excluded by agreement.
